12059 du Châtelet (provisional designation: 1998 ED14) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Eric Walter Elst at the La Silla Observatory in Chile on March 1, 1998. It is named after Émilie du Châtelet, an 18th-century French mathematician, physicist, and author.
